Warranty registration form

This warranty extends to the original retail purchaser of the spa for personal use only and is not transferable or enforceable by any other party. The warranty registration form provided must be completed by the original purchaser and submitted to Viking Spas, no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. Warranty will then be effective from the original date of purchase. Viking Spas, Inc. will not recognize warranty claims on unregistered spas.

This form must be completed and returned to Viking Spas, Inc. within thirty (30) days of purchase date to assure coverage.
